MagniLink U Split offers the possibility of connection to a computer system and uses split screen technique between reading camera and computer on the same monitor. The system is primarily developed as a stationary workstation where the user requires quality, generous space under the camera and an ergonomic workplace.

An ergonomic workplace

Ergonomic adaptation has been a key focus in the development of MagniLink U Split. MagniLink U Split offers great picture quality, even at low magnification, which is an important factor while working with the system, hour after hour, throughout the week. The screen can easily show the image from the reading camera, full computer image, or both simultaneously on the same screen using continuous split screen technique.

A customized workplace

MagniLink U Split is easy to use and perfect for stationary workplaces. The system can be customized to any workplace, and several models are available. The basic model, MagniLink U Split is equipped with a halogen lamp and MagniLink U Split PRO is equipped with a fluorescent lamp that provides a very uniform light. In both models, the magnification starts at 1,6 (with a 19” monitor), which gives a good overview.

For users who want even more space under the camera, MagniLink U Split is available without the integrated reading table, as "light" model. This allows the camera to be placed with more flexibility, for example, by attaching the camera on the back of a desk. MagniLink U Split can also be combined with a distance camera, which is attached to the reading camera for workplaces that require such a solution, for example in a reception.
